Probus Club of Horley & District

The Menus are booked several months ahead and we try to ensure that dietry needs are accomodated. Because we are working ahead Members are reminded about the need to give the Dining Secretary advanced notice of their bookings and to pay in advance.

Should there be a need to cancel a booking please let the Dining Secretary know as far ahead as possible but of course there will be ocassions when a Member may have to cancel at the last moment. If this arises, again please let the Dining Secretary know. There may be a charge for the meal in these circumstances.
